But, alas, the Facebook Page is not giving away any of the listed prizes. The images and videos are stolen from other sources. And, participants have no chance whatsoever of winning any of the prizes listed.
The scammers who operate the fraudulent Facebook Page have two main goals:
Tricking people into promoting and endorsing the fake giveaways.
By stipulating that people must like, share, and comment as a condition of entry, the scammers ensure that their bogus posts spread rapidly across Facebook and they will thereby gain many more victims.
Tricking people into divulging their personal details on third-party websites.
Those who click the “Validate Your Participation” link will be taken to a website that claims that they must fill in a brief survey to complete the entry.
At the end of the survey, victims will be asked to submit their name, email address, home address, and phone numbers, ostensibly as a means of entering further prize draws.
But, fine-print on the site will state that, by participating, they are agreeing to share their personal information with the site’s clients and sponsors. So, soon after participating, victims will begin receiving marketing phone calls, text messages, emails, and letters that they most likely neither want nor need.

The Scammers Get Paid For Your Information
The scammers will earn commissions from the third party websites each time someone provides their personal details.
The fake Auto Drive Facebook Page is just one among hundreds of such Pages that appear on Facebook every day. If one of these fake prize posts comes your way, don’t click on it. And don’t be tempted to participate just in case. You won’t win anything and you’ll end up giving your personal details to scammers and spammers.
This video from the Hoax-Slayer YouTube Channel discusses a similar survey scam attempt that promises participants the chance to win a Range Rover:
