There are many variations of these malware messages. <span id=\"more-77\"><\/span>Some, such as the example quoted below, <a title=\"'Notice to Appear in Court' Malware Emails\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hoax-slayer.com\/court-notice-malware-emails.shtml\">claim to be from a court official<\/a>. Others claim to be <a title=\"MALWARE - 'Green Winick' Notice to Appear in Court Email\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hoax-slayer.com\/green-winick-notice-appear-court-malware.shtml\">from a specified law firm<\/a>. Be wary of any unsolicited email that claims that you must appear in court. Some include their malware payload in an attached file.
