Supposedly, you just need to \u00a0obtain a Non-Resident Clearance Form to allow the transfer of your funds.<\/p>\n<p>However, the email is a scam designed to trick you into sending money and personal information to criminals. \u00a0 It is not from the \u00a0NNPC or the Nigerian government. It has no connection to Barclays Bank. And, alas, there is no \u00a027 million dollars.<\/p>\n<p>If you receive this email or one similar to it, do not reply.
