Walker.<\/p>\n<p>And, even if a prisoner did make such a sickening request, prison authorities would certainly not comply.<\/p>\n<p>There is a death row tradition that allows inmates to request anything they want for a last meal. But, there is no \u00a0<a class=\"norm\" title=\"Can a prisoner request anything for his last meal?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.slate.com\/articles\/news_and_politics\/explainer\/2009\/11\/ill_have_24_tacos_and_the_filet_mignon.html\">law or rule that compels prison authorities<\/a> \u00a0to honour such requests. Prisoners do not always get the exact meal they have requested. \u00a0 &#8216;Last meals&#8217; are generally limited to food that can be prepared on site.<\/p>\n<p>And, it is utterly absurd to suggest that any prison authority would commit the obscene and obviously illegal act of buying a child and having him killed so that a convicted killer could eat him.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00a0fake report \u00a0was published and promoted by Hip Hop Hangover, a fake-news website that claims to be satirical.
