Moreover, the image was circulating around the Internet well before Hurricane Charley occurred. And, in later versions, the image is associated with other storms or disasters, including 2004&#8217;s Asian tsunami and 2005&#8217;s Hurricane Katrina. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\n     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\n     data-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0355887770822260\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"9162856233\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p> Who created the original picture and in what context it first appeared is difficult to determine. However, a number of visitors have pointed out the similarity between this image and a well-known pornographic image that was featured on Goatse.cx.<\/p>\n<p>It has been suggested that the image was created as a &#8220;tribute&#8221; to Goatse and, indeed, the \u00a0<a class=\"norm\" href=\"http:\/\/sam.zoy.org\/fun\/goatse\/Pr081003hands.jpg\">image is featured<\/a> \u00a0on the \u00a0<a class=\"norm\" href=\"http:\/\/sam.zoy.org\/fun\/goatse\/\">Tribute to Goatse.cx<\/a> \u00a0website.
