In the Bible story, Moses parted the sea so that the Israelites could safely cross. No such discovery has been made. In fact, the entire story was simply made up.<\/p>\n<p>The main image in the false report, which depicts a diver holding a skull underwater, was stolen from an article describing the \u00a0<a title=\"Mexican skeleton gives clue to American ancestry\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nature.com\/news\/mexican-skeleton-gives-clue-to-american-ancestry-1.15226\">discovery of an ancient skeleton<\/a> \u00a0in flooded caves in Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>The bogus story comes from the fake-news website World News Daily Report, which bills itself as satirical. None of the reports published on the site are true.
