The video has generated a great deal of discussion, with many commentators maintaining the footage depicts a real accident while others suggesting that the incident was entirely staged.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, the more sceptical commentators are correct. The incident shown in the video was indeed entirely staged and scripted. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Rachel&#8221;, the young prank victim featured in the film, was played by \u00a0<a class=\"norm\" title=\"Cindy Vella Website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cindyvela.com\/\">Cindy Vela<\/a>, a US based actress and model. Vela includes the following \u00a0<a class=\"norm\" title=\"Facebook - Exhibit B-5 and Girl Dies\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.424811197634.219538.49938117634\">information about the video<\/a> \u00a0on her Facebook page, along with pictures from the making of the film:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><i>This is a short film entitled EXHIBIT B-5. I have to applaud the special effects &#8212; the first time I saw it I was shocked. This was NOT a reenactment of a real story, and NOT a clip of a full length film.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The short film&#8217;s director is also identified as Kyle Rankin on \u00a0<a class=\"norm\" title=\"IMDb Cindy Vela\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/media\/rm2766191360\/nm1822623\">Cindy Vela&#8217;s IMDb page<\/a>. Kyle Rankin and other players have so far remained relatively tight-lipped about their involvement in the film. However, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Sheri&#8221;, the blond girl shown in the \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DZ97nVIGypY\">longer version of the film<\/a> \u00a0is clearly identifiable as the actress \u00a0<a class=\"norm\" title=\"IMDb - Mircea Monroe\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm1597260\/\">Mircea Monroe<\/a>.
