It includes images supposedly depicting the contaminated oranges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"adjustPad\">Message is an Absurd Hoax<\/h4>\n<div class=\"indentPara\">\n<p>However, the message is just a silly hoax. Another version claimed with equal falsity that various \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hoax-slayer.net\/hoax-hiv-infected-blood-pepsi\/\">Pepsi products had been deliberately contaminated<\/a> \u00a0with HIV infected blood at a bottling plant.<\/p>\n<p>Even earlier variants falsely claimed that an HIV positive chef who cut himself had \u00a0contaminated various takeaway foods.<\/p>\n<p>One variant even claimed that HIV contaminated blood had been \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hoax-slayer.net\/hiv-infected-blood-ketchup-hoax\/\">deliberately added to ketchup containers<\/a> \u00a0in fast-food restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>Spreading such misinformation will help nobody. These hoax messages only cause confusion and alarm.<\/p>\n<p>If one of these HIV related hoax warnings comes your way, please do not share it with others.
