Many readers might wonder why on Earth I would choose to add a report – however brief – about a Facebook post that is so obviously intended as a joke.
Well, I include it here because I have had a surprisingly large number of enquiries from people asking if the “warning” is real or a hoax. Well, actually it’s neither! The post is just a joke and is not intended to be taken seriously. It deliberately mimics those silly “virus warning” hoaxes that rocket around Facebook from time to time. So, no need to worry, ay?
Sadly, however, it must be said that so many of us are already infected by the SOMA virus that it might be too late to do anything about it. Unless we can counteract it by spreading the GOFAR Virus. (Go Out For A Run) 🙂
