According to a post purporting to be from a Facebook Page named ‘Royal Caribbean Australia’, Australian residents can get a chance to win a cruise just by sharing the post and then clicking a link.
However, the Facebook Page is fraudulent and has no connection whatsoever with Royal Caribbean. The promised cruise prizes do not exist and there are no winners other than the scammers who created the fake Page. In fact, the Page is a typical survey scam designed to trick you into submitting your personal information on dodgy survey websites.
The scammers earn commissions each and every time a victim falls for the ruse and supplies his or her details.
