Outline:
Facebook Page named “Baby” claims that you can get the chance to win one of 20 luxury RVs just by liking, sharing, and adding a comment.
Analysis:
The Facebook Page is fraudulent. It is certainly not giving away any RVs, luxury or otherwise. Participants have absolutely no chance of winning anything whatsoever.
The Page is a scam designed to collect large numbers of Facebook likes as quickly as possible. After the Page has harvested a great many new likes, it can then be reused to promote further scam and spam campaigns. Alternatively, it might be sold on the black market to other scammers.
This bogus Page just recycles the same scam posts over and over by changing the dates. The previous version had a “winner announcement” date of February 28. And, the same RV giveaway ruse has been used multiple times in recent months.
Like-farming scams like this one are very common.
