Analysis:
The post is fraudulent. Those who participate have no chance of getting a gift card and the post has no connection to Lowe’s.
In fact, the post is a Facebook scam designed to trick you into divulging your personal information on scam survey websites as well as spamming your friends with the same fake giveaway.
There are thousands of such competition and giveaway scams on Facebook.
